About

Lynnea, a singer, songwriter, and producer from Omaha, NE, has loved music since childhood. She majored in classical music at Loyola University Chicago and later earned a BA in Contemporary Urban Popular Music from Columbia College Chicago. Inspired by summers at Berklee School of Music and an internship at Rax Trax Recording Studio, she also pursued a professional certificate in music production from Berklee's online program.

In 2011, Lynnea's original song "The Facebook Song" gained half a million views on YouTube. She wrote & released her first EP, "Disjointed," in 2015, followed by the LP "If I Take Off My Shirt Will You Listen to My Music" in 2016, "You Know You Felt" in 2018, and "Wait for the Dark" in 2020. Though she rarely performs her original music live, she enjoyed playing in 90's and Led Zeppelin cover bands in Chicago for several years before returning home to NE.  All her music is currently available just about wherever you listen to music (just search "Lynne[a]").
